eBilet
- Sonic branding
2026
Sonic Gateway: a sonic entrance to the world of live events, hidden inside a single gesture: the ticket scan.
01
Context
eBilet, part of the Allegro group, is Poland's largest platform for event ticketing: concerts, matches, festivals, theatre. Rather than design another jingle in the conventional sense, we went looking for a real point of contact between the customer and the brand. Through workshops with the eBilet team, we discovered it's a physical point every attendee has to pass through: the entry gates. That's where a ticket bought earlier finally gets scanned. We realised that this brief moment, these two crucial seconds, are exactly where an ordinary digital transaction turns into the actual experience of the event.
02
Process
We named that moment Sonic Gateway: a sonic entrance into the world of live events. Instead of an anonymous technical beep, we designed a distinctive three-note motif built on the rhythm of the syllables "e-Bi-let." Simple enough to register instantly, flexible enough to extend across the rest of the brand's communication. The design draws on the psychology of sound perception, including the Cocktail Party Effect: the phenomenon that lets a person pick out one specific sound signal even in a very loud crowd of thousands.
03
System
We built the Audio Logo from two layers. The first is an electronic signal that echoes the scanner's own mechanism, installed directly in the devices used at events. The second brings in a more human dimension: a melodic, hummed vocal line, "ty-ty-ry!", that carries the emotion and energy of actually being there. We built the whole thing on an upbeat 126 BPM tempo, so the eBilet brand's music would "get you off the couch" and inspire you to go out. We designed the complete audio branding as a scalable ecosystem, covering ticket scanners, the mobile app, UX sound design, radio advertising, social media and podcasts, with room for whatever the brand activates next.

Song
In July 2026 the eBilet sound system grew a new dimension: it became the foundation for an original song, "Dzień dobry, to ja!", released under the Kayax label. The song was co-written by Natalia Muianga and Magda Bereda, and produced by producer and guitarist Piotr Bogutyn, building the sound from the ground up to stay consistent with the sonic identity. Rafał Konieczny (Soundize) ran the whole project end to end, from concept to delivery, with the video directed by Krzysztof Szlęzak. The track was embraced by both artists' fans, landed on Spotify's official playlists, and was quickly picked up by national radio stations.
